Mandatory Identity Verification Criteria

• Valid Unexpired Government ID: Signers must produce a current, physical State Driver's License, US Passport, or Military ID module. Digital copies are strictly rejected for mobile operations.
• Physical Volition & Mental Capacity: The notary must evaluate and establish that all signing entities are acting completely under their own volition and fully comprehend the legal mechanics of the paperwork.
• Credential Analysis for RON: Digital sessions enforce two-way Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) verification questions along with biometric passport or ID analysis loops.
